Its name is derived from its gentle color, ranging from very pale pink to deep reddish pink. Its clarity also ranging from opaque to translucent or transparent(sometimes foggy). Today, deposits of Rose Quartz is found in Brazil, Madagascar and in South Dakota, in the USA.
